Bulgar, Pine Nut & Red Pepper Pilaf

Ingredients
1 small onion1TBSP Olive oil1C+2 Tbsp Chicken broth3 Tbsp Red Pepper3/4 Cup bulgur2 TBSP Pine nuts
Directions
Saute oinions, add broth, peppers, and bulgur. Cook over low until liquid is gone. Remove from heat, and cover for 5 min. Add pine nuts, salt and pepper.
