Lammb's Portobello Mushroom Burger

Ingredients
1 Portabella Mushroom1 tbs balsamic vinegar1 1/2tsp Olive Oil 1/4 tsp Basil 1/4 tsp ground Oregano3/4 tsp fresh minced Garlic1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce1 thick slice Red Ripe Tomato1 thick slice (approximately 3 rings) red onion1 leaf Romaine Lettuce1 slice Kroger Brand Smoke Flavored Provolone Sliced Cheese1 Wonder Light-Reduced Calorie Hamburger Bun
Directions
whisk together all ingredients except cheese, mushroom and bun.
Marinate mushroom in whisked mixture for approximately 15 minutes.

Spray grill or grill pan with cooking spray, and heat to med-high.

Grill mushroom for 5-8 mins per side, basting with marinade ocassionally

Grill onion approximately 3 min per side

Grill tomato approximately 2 min per side

Top mushroom with cheese before removing from grill to melt.

Toast bun (if you want)

Top Mushroom with tomato, onion and lettuce.

    We did it for lunch, swithching the hamberger bun with thintini bread. We didn't had any cheese and still, it was mmhmm delicious ! We'll do it again, for sure! - 9/11/10
