Stir-Fried Beef & Vegetables

Ingredients
12 oz. vermicelli12 oz. sirloin steak, thinly sliced1 red pepper4 oz. snow peas4 oz. fresh mushrooms1 large onion2 stalks celery sliced1 clove garlic1 can beef broth2T. Cornstarch3T. water3T. soy sauce
Directions
Cook vermicelli according to label direction. Drain. Meanwhile heat 1T. oil in lg. skillet. Add garlic & beef. Stir fry until browned. Remove from skillet. Heat 1T. oil in skillet. Stir fry onions, celery & red pepper until onion is tender. Add mushrooms, stir fry 2 min. Combine soy sauce, eater & cornstarch in small bowl. Stir into skillet with beef & broth. Cook until sauce thickens & becomes clear. Lower heat. Add snow peas & cook 1 min. Serve with vermicelli.
