Ingredients
2 boiled eggs2 tbsp roasted red pepper hummus1 Prophet's Pocket Bread half (pita half)Handful fresh baby spinach leaves
Directions
Mash eggs together with hummus in small dish.
Stuff spinach into pita, then spoon egg salad in.
