Quick and Easy Salsa

2 cans diced tomatoesscant 1/2 cup finely minced onion2 tbsp diced green chilies or fresh finely minced jalapeno3 cloves garlic, pressed or finely mincedscant 1 tsp lime juicepinch saltdash of Tabasco (opt) 1/2 tsp dried cilantro (opt)
Drain the tomatoes well and set aside.
Roughly chop onion and put in food processor with garlic and jalapeno. Pulse until finely minced. Add in remaining ingredients and pulse to chop tomatoes and combine with other ingredients. Taste and adjust salt/and add cilantro or or seasonings to taste.
Put in a jar and store in fridge. Flavors develop a lot after 1 day, but you can eat it right away.
This makes almost 32oz salsa (equivalent of almost 2 regular size jars).
Stores in fridge about a week.
