LIght Tuna Pasta

Ingredients
* *Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Spirals (Pasta), 4 oz * Tuna, Canned in Water, 1 can * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips * Onions, raw, .66 cup, chopped * Asparagus, fresh, 3 spear, large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2") * Canned Tomatoes, 1 can * Capers, canned, 1 tbsp, drained * White Wine, 2 fl oz
Directions
Prepare pasta according to package directions. While it is cooking, slice peppers and onions and saute in a saucepan sprayed with cooking spray. Once onions are translucent, drain tuna and add to pan, stirring to prevent sticking. Add tomatoes and wine, bring to a bubble. About 5 minutes before the pasta is done, add sliced asparagus and the capers and reduce to a simmer. Salt and pepper to taste. Drain pasta. Toss sauce and pasta together and serve.
