BOIL CHICKEN. TAKE IT APART. CHOP OR MINCE YOUR TOMATO, JALAPENOS AND ONIONS. ADD THE CREAM OF CHICKEN AND THE CHICKEN BROTH. WARM TORTILLAS. ADD CHICKEN AND CHESSE TO THE TORTILLAS. PLACE HALF OF THE CREAM CHICKEN, CHICKEN BROTH & VEGGIES ON THE BOTTOM OF A GLASS DISH. THE OTHER HALF GOES ON TOP W/CHEESE. BAKE 25 MIN AND SERVE W/LETTUCE & TOMATOE.
