1 1/2 cups of walnutsDash of salt11 Medjool dates1/3 cup unsweetend carob powder 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract2 teaspoons of water
Put the walnuts and salt in the food processor using the "S" blade until finely ground. Add the dates, cocoa powder and vanilla and process until the mixture sticks together. Finally, add the water and process briefly. Transfer to a flat tupperware container and pat down into a flat fudge-like form with a spatula. Keeps for about 4 days in the refrig or 2 weeks in the freezer.
