IMPOSSIBLE TACO PIE

1 lb ground beef1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)1 envelope (1 1/4 oz) taco seasoning mix1 can (4 oz) chopped green chilies, drained1/2 cup HeartSmart Bisquick1 cup milk2 eggs3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (3 oz)
1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate, 9X1 1/4 inches. Cook beef and onion in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stir occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in seasoning mix (dry). Spread in pie plate. Top with chilies.
2. In separate bowl, stir Bisquick, milk and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate.
3. Bake about 25 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with sheese. Bake 2 or 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Serve with salsa and sour cream if desired (extra calories!)
