anti-virus rustic chicken stew

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 pounds Sweet potato, 1 largeCarrots, raw, 6 medium Red onion, 1 mediumFat Free Balsalmic Vinagrette, 6 Tbsp Garlic, 3 cloves or more to taste
Directions
Chop everything very large for a "rustic" effect, in fact I leace the carrots whole. Mix together in crockpot and sprinkle fresh herbs on top (I like rosemary and thyme but sage or basil would also work) along with salt and pepper to taste. Cook on high for 5 hours or you can do it in a covered casserole dish in the oven on 300 for 1 hour but add some stock if you do any method other than crockpot.
