Black Bean (Mud) Soup

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Beans, black, 2 cup (remove)Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled (remove)Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Directions
Soak beans overnight in water. Drain and add fresh water to cover. Add onions, olive oil and bay leaf. Place in slow cooker on low 7 - 8 hours or until beans are soft. Puree bean mixture and add salt to taste.
