Ingredients
1/2 cup Quaker Quick 1 minute Oatmeal1 6oz container Blue Bunny Lite 85 yogurt1/4 cup rice (or soy) milk
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl the night before. Cover with saran wrap and put in refrigerator. Next morning, enjoy! Makes 1 large serving.

I saw this recipe online in a message forum and thought it looked good. I cut back on the milk just a bit as the original recipe called for 1/3 cup of milk.
