3 cans kidney beans1 can diced tomatoes1 small can tomato sauce1 bay leaf10 spanish olives1 tbsp. capers3 tbsp. olive oil4 tbsp. cider vinegar2 tsp. crushed or minced garlic1 cup sofrito2 pkgs. sazon goyasalt and pepper, to taste1 ham hock2 pkts.(10 grams) Sazon Goya
Add all ingredients to large cooking pot and stir. Cook over medium heat for 30 minutes. Serve over hot rice.
