Ingredients
Onions, raw, 12 ounceFinger potatoes. 2 poundsGarlic, 6 clovesOlive Oil, 4 tbspButter, salted, 2 tbspLea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, .5 tsp
Directions
Slice all vegies in food processor with slicing disk installed. Put oil and butter in high walled skillet. Put all vegies in, with seasonings and pan and sauted until dark and lovely.

    Made this tonight with the grilled vegetable recipe and a lean beef tenderloin steak. It was delicious. I was a little hesitant of the worcestershire, but was pleasantly surprised. I also added some herb du provence I have. Family loved it!
