1 cup Frozen Strawberries unthawed1 whole peeled banana cut into sections1/2 cup bok choy ribs (greens too if you want)1/2 cup soy milk (give or take depending on how thick you like your smoothie)1 tbsp ground flax seed
Put Banana and bok choy in the blender with about half of the soy milk and puree. Next add the frozen strawberries and the remainder of your soymilk and puree in the blender with the banana/bok choy puree. Add the soymilk slowly in order to each the consistency you are looking for. Finally add the ground flax seed to the blender and get a healthy dose of Omega 3's! Enjoy your yummy breakfast creation!
