Bariatric Lynn's Hawaiian-Style Pork Chops

6 boneless, very lean pork chops, with all visible fat removed. You should end up wth 2 pounds of raw pork.3 Tablespoons (packed) of SPLENDA® Brown Sugar Blend2 Tablespoons cornstarch1 Tablespoon cider vinegar1 Tablespoon KIKKOMAN® Less Sodium, Soy Sauce1/2 cup ketchup1 - 8 oz can (1 cup) crushed pineapple, in it's own juice
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Place pork chops in a 13"x9" baking pan sprayed with PAM® Olive Oil flavored cooking spray.
In a small bowl, whisk together the SPLENDA®, cornstarch, vinegar and soy sauce until there are no lumps from the cornstarch. Stir in the ketchup and the pineapple. Pour over the pork chops and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
Divide sauce evenly between each serving.
Each pork chop will yield about 4 ounces of cooked meat per serving so you may want to have 1/2 now and 1/2 at another meal.
