Oriental chicken salad (grilled)

Ingredients
Romaine Lettuce, 8 cup, chopped2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves.Chow Mein Noodles, .5 cup Almonds, .5 cup, sliced Mandarin oranges, canned, 1 cup Honey, 3 tbsp Fat Free Mayonnaise .25c.Rice Wine Vinegar, 1.5 tbsp Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp Sesame Oil, 1/8 tsp
Directions
Whisk together mayonnaise, rice wine vinegar, honey, sesame oil, and dijon mustard in a bowl.
Chill in refriderator for at least 1 hour.
Broil or grill chicken breasts until done, and light golden brown.
Chop 8 cups romaine lettuce (or other desired greens) and place 2 cups greens on 4 salad plates. Divide almonds, mandarin oranges, and chow mein noodles evenly between each salad plate. Drizzle 1/4 salad dressing mixture on top of each salad, and toss well to coat.
Chop chicken into thin slices. Top each of the 4 salads with chicken.
