1 16oz bag of cole slaw1 cup fat free Miracle Whip1/2 cup skim milk1/4 cup canola oil3 Tbsp cider vinegar (white vinegar is ok, too)3 Tbsp Splenda1 tsp onion powderBlack pepper to taste (I use 1 Tbsp)Salt to taste (I use 1 tsp)
1. In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients except the cole slaw.
2. Fold the cole slaw into the dressing.
3. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
