4 cups whole wheat flour5 cups white flour1/3 cup olive oil1/3 cup honey2 tbsp salt3 tablespoons yeast
4 cups flour
4 cups hot water (for yeast, from the tap)
3 tbps yeast
Stir it together until it's smooth

Stir it down -- add 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 1/3 cup honey, and 2 tablespoons of salt (maybe 2 teaspoons)
Add flour until it pulls away from the sides of the bowl -- at least 5 more cups of flour
Knead it until it's ready -- soft, pliable -- (at least fifteen minutes) on a floured surface with flour on your hands
It's not supposed to be sticky
Shape it into a circle, cut it into four pieces
Put them into normal sized, greased breadpans
Let it rise until it's doubled
Then bake it at 350* for 30-35 minutes, until it's golden brown on top
