1 1/2 cups hot mashed potatoes4 cups 1% milk2 tbsp flour1 cup diced celery1/8 tsp. black pepper2 tbsp Olive Oil1 small onion chopped fine
Cook and mash potatoes and celery, add milk, stir in flour, pepper, oil and onion. Cook until no taste of raw starch. Season to your liking.
