Ingredients
1 lb browned 93% lean ground beef5-6 cloves garlic, minced1 16oz bag shredded coleslaw mix2C frozen corn1 16oz bag frozen beans, or mixed vegetables (I used oriental mix with green beans, broccoli, onions, mushrooms)34 oz hot style V8 vegetable juice1 can diced tomatoes with juice2T Worcestershire sauce1T basil1/4 t black pepper1 beef bouillon cube6 cups water
Directions
Brown ground beef , mix all ingredients in the crock pot. Cook on high 4-5 hours, or 8-10 hours on low
