CandyCane's Crockpot Stew Beef (1cup)

Ingredients
6 lbs of Red Potatoes (leave peel on)2 cups choppedCarrots1 lb Beef, top sirloin, trimmed & cut up in bite size pieces1 tbsp Dill seed1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup2 cans (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup1/4-1/2 cup water
Directions
Pour 1/4-1/2 cup of water in bottom of 5 quart Crock Pot. Rinse, clean and cut up potatoes into bite size pieces. Put into Crock Pot. Clean, pare and cut up carrots, place on top of potatoes. Cut up Beef and put on top of carrots.(Can use stew beef or other cuts, just trim all fat off first.) Sprinkle dill seed, salt and pepper over beef. Add chicken soup and mushroom soup and spread evenly all over top. Cover and cook on High for 8-10 hrs. I cook this overnight and we have it for Sunday lunch! Makes 16, 1 cup servings.
