Basil Chicken with Bagel Lunch

Ingredients
99% fat free boneless skinless Chiecken breastPlain medium sized bagelCream cheesegarlic powderpepperpam cooking sprayone Tomatoone red onionone shallotbasil
Directions
First boil your chicken breast for approximately. 15-20 min.
Toast your bagel and spread cream cheese, the key is to spread the cream cheese as if it was butter so you don't put too much. Top bagel with a slice of tomato and one slice of red onion. add pepper and basil to taste.

First spray frying pan with pam, next add sliced shallots , pepper and basil. Fry shallots until browned. Next take your boiled chicken and place it into your frying pan with a little pam sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper.
(add chopped shallot if you wish but its unnecessary )
put basil over entire plate and your done.
