Colorful Cottage Cheese Dip

Ingredients
1/2 cup Nonfat Cottage Cheese1/4 cup Frozen Peas 1/4 cup finely chopped TomatoLemon Juice to tasteDill to TasteTabasco Sauce to taste
Directions
1. Defrost the frozen peas by letting them stand out or heating them in the microwave (1 minute is the right amount of time in my microwave).

2. In a bowl, mush the peas a little bit with a fork to break their skin.

3. Add chopped tomato, lemon juice, and dill.

4. Add cottage cheese and tabasco sauce and mix all ingredients.

Serve with your chosen dippers. This recipe makes 2 1/2-cup servings of dip.
