Ingredients
Directions
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp Thai Chili Sauce, 4 tbsp Hoisen Sauce, 4 tbsp Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Fresh Chives, 5 tbsp chopped Cabbage, fresh, .5 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp Ground Ginger 2 tbsp (I use ginger paste located in the vegestable section)
Brown ground Turkey and set a aside
Add carrots, onions and cabbage with a little olive oil. Saute until cabage is where you personally like it. I don't like firm...but I hate mushey. Up to you. Then add in all of the chives and wet ingreds to make the sauce. When sauce is made, add the ground turkey back in and stir. I usually turn off the stove and let it sit for at least 5 minutes before serving. It's awesome and usually serves 4.
