Low Fat Spaghetti Carbonara (using turkey bacon)

Ingredients
- One 375g box of Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Spaghettini- One cup of 1% milk- One tbsp of butter- One tbsp of flour- Two tbsp of light sour cream- Three garlic cloves (minced)- 6 slices of turkey bacon (diced)- 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
Directions
Boil pasta until al dente and cook turkey bacon.
Heat butter in a heavy sauce pan, add minced garlic and saute of medium heat.
Add flour stirring consistanly for about 30 seconds.
Whisk while slowly adding in milk and reduce to low heat, and add in salt and pepper.
Slowly add cheese, allow cheese to melt and sauce to thicken. Remove from heat and allow sauce to cool slightly, then add sour cream.

Drain pasta, then pour sauce over pasta. Next add the turkey bacon and mix together.
