Lemon Pepper Chicken Pitas

Ingredients
1/2 chicken breast, boneless, skinless, diced in 1/2 inch pieces1 cup raw broccoli in bite size pieces1 cup raw cauliflower in bite size pieces1 tsp olive oil, optional1 tsp balsamic vinegar, optional1 Tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
Directions
Using a steamer bag, place diced chicken breast in bag, add 1/2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning, place in microwave per directions on steamer bag, for approx. 5 minutes. Take out carefully, very hot. squish bag to break up pieces of chicken, cook another minute or two if needed.
In a separate steamer bag, add veggies and other 1/2 Tbsp of lemon pepper seasoning. Cook in microwave for approx. three minutes. Check if as tended as you like. Combine chicken and veggies in a bowl. Warm pitas in microwave for a few seconds, they break less if warmed. Fill pitas, with chicken and veggie mixture, dress with vinegar and or oil. Enjoy.l
