Fruit Bread

Ingredients
3c Flour2c Sugar1t baking soda1t salt1.5t cinnamon3 med eggs whipped1/4 c applesauce1c mashed banana1/3 c oil1.5t vanilla1 c fruit such as blueberries, raspberries, frozen peaches or apple.
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together and set aside, beat eggs, applesauce oil, banana and vanilla. Stir wet ingredients into dry, mix well and then fold in fruit.

Pour in a bundt pan and Bake in a 350 oven for 50 mins or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
