Light & Easy Greek Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts2 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp Clubhouse Greek SeasoningLemon juice squeezed from half a lemon
Directions
Cooking time is for oven baked breasts - if you pan fry, they will be done in about half the time, especially if you slice into bite-sized pieces.

Preheat oven to 350F. Drizzle chicken breasts with 2 tbsp olive oil and rub over breasts. Sprinkle 2 tbsp Greek seasoning over the breasts. Place in oven for about half an hour or until done. Squeeze lemon juice over breasts when finished. Enjoy!
