5 ounces of Carnation Instant Breakfast drink (already liquid - NOT powder)1 medium sized banana1 scoop protein powder (optional)about 2 Tbsp peanut butter (I use Simply Jif)Ice (add to desired thickness)

mix all ingredients in a blender. Pour into cup and enjoy!
