Colorful Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
6 Cups fresh broccoli florets6 Cups fresh cauliflower 2 cups cherry tomatoes, sliced in half2/3 cup canola oil (or use olive if you prefer)1/4 cup cider vinegar1 packet (1.6 oz) dry hidden valley ranch dressing/dip mix
Directions
Mix broccoli, cauliflower, and tomatoes together gently. Whisk together the dry dressing/dip mix, oil, and vinegar. pour over previous mixture and gently toss. refrigerate for 3 hours. enjoy. (actually, I enjoy all week, since I'm the only one in my family that likes it.) makes fourteen 1 cup servings.
