Ground Beef Casserole/Ricotta

Ingredients
1 Jar favorite pasta sauce8oz 90% lean ground beefsmall can mushrooms1/2 C chopped onion1/2 C chopped green papper2 C dry wheat penne/wheat pastaSmall container 8 oz, ricotta. no fat or part skim1 eggParmesan Cheese
Directions
Brown beef with onions and peppers, stir min mushrooms. Mix with cooked pasta and spag sauce.

Mix together ricotta, egg and parmesan. Layer with pasta mix, back 350 for 30 minutes.
