No Calorie/Carb/Fat Alfredo Sauce, Bonless Chicken Breast, Wheat Spaghetti, Broccoli, Mrs. Dash, Orageno
Directions
Cook Spaghetti as instruced on box, Cut fat from chicken, Sprinkle with Mrs. dash, place between seran wrap and pound breast until flattened, Cook on Forman Grill for 7 minutes, Cut chicken into strips
Mis noodles, chicken, broccoli and alfredo sauce in pan, bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer for 8 minutes.
Serve hot!
