1/2 Banana smashed1/2 cup of nonfat milk1/2 cup water1/2 cup Oatmeal1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 tsp Cinnamon1 tsp Baking Powder2 tsp Splenda or other
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients, let it set for 10 min.
2. Cook them in a pan like a pancake, or in a waffler.
