Breakfast Quesadillas

Ingredients
2 tortillas1serving each:refried beans, hash browns, egg beaters, black pepper, cayenne pepper, tomato, cheese, and onions.
Directions
Preheat oven or griddle to 375.
Scramble eggs, heat hashbrowns and refried beans.
Place 1 tortilla on cookie sheet/griddle.
Spread the refried beans, top with hash browns and eggs.
Sprinkle with pepper and cayenne pepper.
If desired....
top with cheese, tomato, and onions.
Place 2nd tortilla on top.
Press.
Cook 5 minutes.
Flip
Cook 5 more minutes (until cheese is melted).
