Tuna, Canned in Water, 10 ozCream of Mushroom Soup, 2 can (10.75 oz)Milk, nonfat, 2/3 cupCheddar Cheese, .75 cup, shreddedParmesan Cheese, grated, .25 cupParsley, dried, 2 tspBlack Pepper, .5 tsp Paprika, .5 tspCarrots, cooked, 2 cup slices OR 1 16-oz bag Frozen Sliced Carrots thawedFrench Style Frozen Green Beans, 16-oz bag, thawedWhole Wheat Noodles, 1 bag cooked & drained
In a large skillet conbine tuna, soup, and milk. Stir in cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley, pepper, and paprika. Mix well to combine. cook over medium heat, stirring often, until cheese melts. Add carrots and green beans. Mix well to combine. Stir in noodles. Continue cooking,stirring often, until mixture is heated through.
Notes: For a cheesier dish you can double the cheeses but this will change the nutrition into.
You can easily change up the veggies with whatever frozen ones you have desire or have on hand.
