Ingredients
Egg Whites (from 2 large eggs)Canned Diced Tomatoes (1 Tbsp)Shredded Cheddar Cheese (1 Tbsp)Garlic (1 tsp chopped)Onion Powder (1 tsp)Salt
Directions
Heat non-stick skillet on medium-high heat
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Pour into warm skillet and cook for approximately 3 minutes, stirring constantly
Eat while hot!
