Chicken Spinach and Feta Pasta

Ingredients
8 ounces Healthy Harvest penne pasta 8 ounces of chicken breast cubed1/2 cup chopped onion 1 clove garlic, minced 3 cups chopped tomatoes 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms 2 cups spinach leaves, packed 1 lemon juiced and zested1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 4 ounces reduced fat feta cheese, crumbledsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Prepare the pasta as directed on box. Heat skillet on medium heat and spray with cooking spray. Add garlic , onion and chicken and cook thouroughly. Then add mushrooms- once they are cooked add remaining ingredients plus the cooked and drained pasta. Stir and serve warm. Makes 4 servings.
