½ c oat bran½ c oat flour1 c protein powder ¼ c ground flax seeds ½ tsp. salt12 oz firm silken tofu½ c. light agave nectar ½ c peanut butter4 lg. egg whites, beaten1 tsp vanilla½ c dried apricots½ c. dried cherries½ c. dried blueberries
Combine oat bran, oat flour, protein powder, flax seed, and salt in large bowl and set aside.
In food processor combine tofu, agave nectar, peanut butter, egg whites, and vanilla.
Poor over dry ingredients. Stir till combined. Fold in dried fruit.
Line and grease 9x13 pan
Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 min.
