Beef Broccoli Bake

Brown beef and onion in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in rice, borccoli, 1/2 c. cheese, salt, thyme, pepper, tomato sauce and Worcestershire sauce. Turn into greased (Pam!) 2 quart baking dish; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c. cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F 20 to 25 minutes.
