Tuna Patties

Ingredients
Tuna, 6 oz can, drained5 Fat Free Saltines, crushed2 tsp. flour2 tsp. cornmeal, yellow1 egg whitegreen onion, chopped (optional)
Directions
Drain tuna. Crush crackers and mix all together. Form into 4 patties (about). Spray pan with cooking spray and cook until browned on both sides.
