2 Tablespoons Dark Soy Sauce1 Tablespoon Molasses or dark honey1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce1/2 Tablespoon Black Pepper3 Tablespoons oil1 Tablespoon Garlic -- finely chopped4 Cups Chinese Broccoli3 cups prepared rice noodles 2 Medium Eggs -- lightly beatenGround Thai Chiles -- to taste
Combine soy, molasses, fish sauce and pepper in a small bowl. Saute garlic in oil for about 15 seconds. Add broccoli and stir fry for 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Add noodles and toss until heated through. Push noodles to the side of the pan. Add eggs and let cook for 30 seconds without stirring. Scramble eggs in with the noodles, add broccoli and soy sauce mixture. Stir fry for 1 minute. Sprinkle with thai chile powder and serve.
