Ingredients
left over Turkey breast, 4 servingOnions, raw, 1 slice, large *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 large strips Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Garlic, 1 clove Fajita Seasoning Mix, 2 tsp Salsa, 1 tbsp *Extra Light Olive Oil, *Whole Wheat Tortilla
Directions
Turn frying pan on high heat add oil once hot add onion, peppers, garlic. cook till just tender add the left over turkey meat , fajita seasoning, and salsa plus 1/3 cup water. simmer till water has evaporated. serve on torilla shells with cheese.
