Bean Burrito

Ingredients
1 low carb whole wheat tortilla1/2 cup of black beans1/4 cup of chopped onion1/4 cup of sliced bell pepper1oz of fat free spicy cheese2 tbsp of salsa2 cups fresh spinach
Directions
Heat skillet on Med. High- spray pan w/ non-stick cooking spray.
Saute onion, bell pepper, and spinach to desired consistency.
Warm Beans and Tortilla for 30 sec. in microwave
Fill Tortilla with Beans, skillet mixture, salsa, and sprinkle cheese.
Roll up Burrito and Enjoy!
