Crockpot Cheesy Turkey & Broccoli Potatoes

Ingredients
I weigh all my ingredients so this is what I actually put in the crockpot:1443 grams(about 7 medium) potatoes with skin on459 grams (1 - 16oz) Hillshire Farms turkey kielbasa386 grams (20 oz. Pkg.) frozen broccoli flowerets2 cans (10.75 ounce) cheddar cheese soup
Directions
Combine all ingredients and mix until soup is well distributed throughout. Place in a 6 quart slow cooker for 8-10 hours on low. Can be topped with a little bit of light sour cream when serving but it's just as good without it.
