Chicken & Dumplings w/Mixed Veggies

Soup:6 boneless skinless chicken thighs1 (2cup) can chicken broth1 family sized bag Mixed Vegetables (10 servings)8 cups watergarlic powderpoultry seasoningDumplings:3 cups Bisquick baking mix3/4 cup 2% milk
Put chicken, broth, and water into a large soup pot. Add garlic powder and poultry seasoning.
Boil for 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
Remove chicken, cut into bite sized pieces or shred. Add back to broth.
Add mixed vegetables to soup.
After adding the vegetables, mix Bisquick and milk together in a large bowl. Stir until a soft dough forms.
Drop by spoonfuls into boiling soup.
Reduce Heat. Cook Uncovered 10 minutes.
Cover. Cook 10 minutes longer.
