Mexican pizza

Ingredients
Extra-lean ground beef - 4 ozBoboli or thin crust pizza shell - one shellSalsa - 3/4 cupSour cream, lite - .4 cupCheese (cheddar) - 3 ozLettuce (mixed greens) 1 servingTomato - 3 slices dicedBecel lite - 1 tsp
Directions
Cook fully 4 oz ground beef, drain well
Pre-heat oven to 350
Lightly spread Becel around circumference of crust
Pour and spread salsa
Spoon ground beef over salsa
Grate about 1/2 oz cheddar over to set salsa and beef
Cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until the crust starts to brown
Remove from oven, put sour cream on pizza, and spread with spoon or spatula
Add Lettuce to cover shell
Spread diced tomatoes over top
Shred remainder of cheese over pizza, and put back in oven
Let bake for an additional 5 - 7 minutes

Remove and enjoy...
