Ingredients
1 lbs Lean Ground Turkey2 cans 14.5 oz Whole and or Diced Tomatos1 can Gonbanzos Chic Peas1 Onion2 Stalk Celery1 Medium Carrot2 Clove Garlic2 Teaspoons Olive Oil2 Tablespoon Tomato Paste1 Tablespoon dried basil1 Tablespoon dried or fresh thyme1 Tablespoon dried Oregano2 bay leavessalt and pepper
Directions
5 to 6 1 cup serving. In a nonstick saucepan heat olive oil, cook onions, garlic, celery and carrots. add turkey cook, stirring to break up meat for 3 minutes or until no longer pink. Add tomatos, tomato paste,Garbanzos Beans, Basil, chili powder, thyme, oregano and bay leaves; bring to a boild. Reduce heat to medium-low; cook uncovered for up to 30 minutes or longer until thickens. serve over spaghetti squash top with parmesan cheese or feta cheese (optional).
