Pancakes with Fruit Puree

1 1/2 cups bisquick1/2 c skim milk1 medium apple cored and cubed1 medium banana sliced into chunks3 tsp brown sugar1 tsp cinnamon1 egg
Place the apple, banana, milk, brown sugar and cinnamon in blender and puree until smooth. Add the mixture and the egg to the bisquick. Mix together until well blended. Drop 1/4 cup batter onto griddle and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip over and cook one minute more or until browned on the other side.
Makes 6 servings, 3 pancakes each.
