Ivone's Seafood Chop Suey

Ingredients
200 gr Cabbage200 gr Chinese Cabbage100 gr Green Peppers100 gr Onions8 oz Seafood Mix2 tsp Yellow Mustard2 tsp Coriander leaf, dried1 clove Garlic1 tsp Oregano, groundSalt to taste
Directions
1. Bring seafood to boil, drain.
2. Chop cabbages, green peppers and onions.
3. In a non stick pan, sauté the coriander, garlic and oregano.
4. Add the seafood, cook for a few seconds and add the other ingredients.

Makes a a big serving, doesn't need anything else.
